The sound he has compliments the animation nicely as well. Principles of animation wise I feel he used texture, pattern, line, shape, rhythm, movement, and form all in his piece and did it pretty well.
This is a clip of a part of the movie spirited away created by Hayao Miyazaki and was created entirely by hand which i think is amazing in itself given the scale of the work. Throughout the course of the movie every principle of animation is used and brilliantly at that. Part of the reason i choose this animation is because i grew up watching miyazaki movies and they all really are magically.Not just the animation But the concepts powering the animation as well.Miyazaki to me just has an amazing way of bring you into the movie and creating wonderful experiences through his animations

The reason I think i'm attracted to him is how smooth and appealing every animation is as well as the fat I grew up on cartoons made both by him and with much inspiration from him. He has very solid form drawing and simplifies reality amazingly. He uses shape color texture rhythm and movement and does it amazingly

Everything from the music to the world to the characters feels over the top and energetic which is appealing. The creator uses balance, proportion, value, contract, form, shape, movement, and line all in this animation to deliver a fantastic energetic experience in my opinion
